The Garden Patch 2013

 October's Here...ahhh.

Two weekends ago, the hubs and I traveled to Smith's Grove to get our Fall on at a local
Garden center/antique shop/farm.
A few days before I has spyed the pumpkins as they were carting them out at Walmart,
and knew there was no stopping me after that!

We always try to eat/shop locally, and although they were cheap at Wal-mart, we've got such a treasure trove of local shops it would be a shame to not take advantage of them

Here's a little blurb from The Garden Patch's FB:
"A 3rd generation farm now offering plants, custom potting, fresh produce, gifts, Kentucky made products, & antiques from our re-purposed dairy barn."

Scroll through and enjoy all the orange in my pics!

I really loved that red pumpkin! Looked just like a giant, red tomato.
Having a small SUV makes carrying big things a challenge.
Obviously the hubs loves stuffing the car to the brim with corn stalks!

If you're ever in the area, hop on by and check them out!
